Hey guys. I just realized this will be the 90th post here. Good job.
As we move on from BU, we're gonna read and post on this blog much less frequently. This is totally fine and natural. But what would be a shame is for this forum-disguised-as-a-blog to die completely, because it's the most convenient way for us to send little group shout outs and share links with our graduating class. Fortunately, there's a very easy way to prevent this from dieing, and keeping the outlet intact.
If you already use an RSS feed reader and subscribe to this blog (most of you I'll bet), then you don't really have to keep reading. If you don't use one of these, I'd really recommend it. You use it to subscribe to your favorite blogs and have the posts come to you rather than the other way around. Here's a list of reviews for the best RSS readers: http://lifehacker.com/390619/best-rss-newsreaders
So yeah, most of you already have this covered, but if you don't, it's how this outlet will stay alive (it's like getting emailed when someone posts here rather than going to the website regularly/randomly), and it's super convenient anyway.

Too Much Chocolate
for any of you who still look at this from time to time, here's a nice photo-weenie link:
Too Much Chocolate
The gallery is based off ‘collective curatorship’, where the photographer from week 1 chooses and interviews a photographer for week 2, week 2 chooses/interviews week 3, etc.

A Marathon Pub Crawl
If anyone is bored and actually has money, Sorry for Partying is holding their first pub crawl this Saturday. Being that it is on Boylston Street, we're going with the whole runner/marathon theme. I know there's actually a lot going on this Saturday as far as festivals and parades and scavenger hunts, but if this is your thing and you're in town, come and join the fun and bring your friends. It starts at 3 p.m., but goes until 10 p.m. There will likely be a pub crawl in July and August as well. Link to a bigger poster and the facebook page inside. If I'm there it will just be to take photos for the website...Hope everyone's summer is fruitful with...something?
P.S. Michael Deal, I often read the Alphabet Arm Design blog and was very proud to see you interning there! (and a little jealous, I love them!) Let us know how it goes.

Studio on Fire - Letterpress Goodness

Mayhaps you are bored today and need some inspiration. I came across these guys a few months ago, as I was asked to design some wedding invitations for a close friend. Frankly, I had to design a more traditional invitation, and if I had had an actual budget, I would've gone letterpress all the way. These guys do some stunning work on letterpress, and a lot of their wedding invitations are funky and completely different than what you normally see, just in time for the summer season! Aside from wedding invitations, their letterpress blog features all kinds of other work (a lot of course given to them by their clients/designers) and their own package designs and identity solutions are incredibly fresh and unique. Take a gander.

BoNE Show Reception
The reception for the BoNE (Best of New England) show is tomorrow from 6-10 pm. There's going to be a bunch of design folk there and an open bar! At MassArt, and you do have to buy tickets but it's definitely worth it.
